TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be debited with 100% of the green fee applicable. When you turn up for your golf, you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== If you cancel your booking 7 days in advance of your tee time, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given and 100% of the green fee will apply. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), another date will be offered. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= The facility to play is only available to golfers of a reasonable standard. Dress Code ========== Golf Course: Smart golf attire or smart casual wear (but no denims, jogging bottoms & combat styles) tailored shorts, knee length (not safari combat style) may be worn throughout the clubhouses. The changing of clothing or golf shoes is not permitted in the car park. Members, their guests or visitors, may not arrive in golf shoes and are required to be dressed no less formally than in smart golf attire. Clubhouse: Appropriate golf attire as defined above may be worn in the Ian McLaren Room. The wearing of headgear or waterproof clothing in the public rooms and bars is not permitted. The General Manager, the Professionals, the Clubhouse Manager and their staff and Members of Committee are authorised to request those who infringe the dress code to change their apparel or leave the clubhouse or the course.
