These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= Taken on the day at the club by cash or card. Please report to reception. If Reception is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. It is most important that you please let us know as soon as possible if you no longer need your booking, so that your space can be released. ============================== Course Closed ============== Course closures are kept to an absolute minimum, however should the course need to be closed due to adverse weather conditions (winter months) we will let you know as soon as possible. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Relaxed, although normal golfing attire encouraged Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has several buggies that can be booked at £24.00 each non members/ £22.00 members. If you require a buggy, please contact the club directly on 01992 572282 to book. Buggise are available from 7:00am weekdays and 6:30am weekends and are required back before dark. After 1pm at the weekends for buggy hire, a refundable £50 cash or card deposit is required. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01992 572282.
