TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Ariving for your tee time
=======
You must report in the clubhouse for your tee time 10 minutes before your slot.
Each player must have their own set of golf clubs.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our 
secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Casterton Golf Club by email, castertongc@hotmail.com or telephone, 01524271592. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel on the day a charge of 100% will be payable.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY Hire:
Golf buggies can be pre booked by calling 015242 71592. The hire rates for 2023 are 9 holes - £36 18 holes - £50. If any of the following apply buggy rates will be half price - holder of a disabled badge, holder of a County Card from any UK course or part of a society golf booking. To hire a buggy a valid driving licence must be presented for insurance purposes.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01524271592.
