Green Fee Rates

Although the Club has standard green fee rates for visitor bookings, we do offer discounted rates from time to time which will be visible on the appropriate days, and Twilight Golf discount throughout the summer. For party bookings, or for an all-day ticket, please phone the Club on 01555 840251, Pro Shop or Office

Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our on-line booking facility, please read carefully.

Payment for Open Competitions
The full amount for Entry Fee will be taken by Card when booking (GBP).
If you require to cancel the booking please contact the Club on 01555 840251 and full refund will be issued provided you cancel at least one week prior to the event. Otherwise no refund will be given.

Payment for Casual Visitors
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be charged at the time of booking (GBP).
You should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, check in with Bar or Office

Refund / Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by contacting Carnwath Golf Club by email, clubsecretary@carnwathgc.co.uk or telephone, 01555 840251. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, a 75% refund will be given, less than 1 week 50%, within 48 hours - no refund.

Failure to Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be available.

Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be available.

Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
Normal SGU dress code applies. Please refer to our website for details.

Spikes
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 6 buggies available.

NB. A DEPOSIT OF £10 (CASH) IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE REFUNDED ON RETURN OF THE BUGGY KEY.
